Your path to growth begins with our detailed assessment of the current state of your business. SPGA uses the Value Opportunity Profile (VOP) process to assess a company’s current performance in eight primary areas: Leadership, Planning, Sales, Marketing, People, Operations, Finance and Legal. Using the VOP software platform, we lead management through a comprehensive review of the company. Based on this input, SPGA will provide a customized report, summarized with the calculation of a Quality Score for each of the eight functional areas, an overall Quality Score for the company and a Risk Score. You will have a clear picture of where your business measures up against best practices.

IMPLEMENT
